If u only downloaded the normal rom, u might wanna try this version the power starts from 5 and do all kinds of cheap moves with just punches,kicks and normal combos to restore ur power bar to lvl 3 for the 1st,lvl 4 for the 2nd character and lvl 5 for the last character.overall if u know how to use k999 with his super cheap move,which is the alien hand,u can defeat rugal easily.overall,this hack and the normal gameplay is awesome. graphics:9 gameplay:8 You must be a member to write reviews.
