This is Mickey's Tokyo Disneyland Daibouken, a game in which Mickey must make his way through the famous attractions of Tokyo Disneyland (like Karibu no Kaizoku and Big Thunder Mountain) to find his friends.
Like a lot of SNES/Super Famicom games, there are detailed, colorful levels. The game is probably more difficult than the Magical Quest game series, but then again, Capcom didn't produce this title. The game music is not based on attraction music.
Control Mickey in each level and use water balloons to attack the enemies. Helium balloons allow Mickey to float and glide.
If you like platform games,Disney, Disney theme parks, or the mouse himself, this is a nice diversion. It may not be Magical Quest, but it will still be a nice diversion, until the game's difficulty (especially if you use your keyboard instead of a controller) frustrates you.
