It was the one that started it, therefore it should get at least some props. COTA started the infamous magic series, *based off of Capcom's Vampire Savior/Dalkstalkers in the US series* where one can input a series of normal commands into a chain. Unlike the later ones, the chains could be done outside a combo and a nooby would probably mash a combo by accident =/ All in all decent, though some ppl were several notches higher than the rest. I would have to say that Cyclops *though he is my fav* may be near bottom tier well most would pick the sentinel or wolverine due to a while latest after it was release where someone discovered a inf with those two... my rating 7/10 You must be a member to write reviews.
