I played the first time at 1994, and I like so much, that I want to play more RPGs, like Final Fantasy, Chrono, Shining Force etc. Best RPG available for Genesis by Jeromus on February 3, 2009 Rating: 10/10 This game comes in number on over all for many reasons. First the fighting style blew me away it was soo innovative. Second the characters all had there own personality not something you would see on many RPGs before this one. Lastly the storyline is gripping and just pulls you in.... A definite 10 out of 10 One of the all time great rpg by pooch on January 17, 2009 This is the game that made me buy a gensis back in 1989. Great story more then 30 hours of gameplay. And the ending was one of the best ever. I think its the best phantasy of the series. Greatest RPG for the Sega Genesis by Psamsung on August 16, 2008 This is arugably the best RPG for the Sega Genesis. This game follows its predecssor's story arc somewhat from Phantasy Star one for the Sega Master System. The character development, story arc, musical score, and combat are second to none. The only problem with the game is that you really need the Hint book that game with each purchase of the game. This hint book contained maps to all the dungeons that you needed to progress effectively through the game. If you lost the hintbook go to http://www.pscave.com/ for maps.
